How it works
STEP 01
Fill out the form
Simply reach out and tell me a little about your property and the type of photos you’re looking for. I’ll answer any questions and we'll chat about what package will fit you best!
STEP 02
Make it official
Once we’ve finalized the details, I’ll send over a contract and invoice to officially reserve your shoot dates. Then, I'll send over a questionnaire to gather any goals or preferences you have for the shoot!
STEP 03
Stay + capture
Based on the package, I’ll travel to your property to stay for the agreed-upon number of nights and spend that time capturing a mix of "real estate" shots and storytelling lifestyle imagery that reflects the full guest experience.
STEP 04
Edit + deliver
After my stay, I'll get to editing your photos! Depending on the size of your gallery, you'll receive a sneak peek soon after and your full gallery within 1-2 weeks!

Where are you located? Do you travel?
I currently am based in Columbus, OH, but I'm happy to travel wherever your project takes me! Just let me know and I can send my travel price guide.
Do you stay on the property?
Yes, my packages are currently built with a complimentary stay being considered as part of my payment. Since my goal is to capture more natural, lived-in moments (rather than just the standard real estate-style photos), actually staying in the space is a big part of how I’m able to get those cozy, story-driven shots.
How much do you charge?
My packages vary depending on the size of your space, the type of images you’re looking for, and the overall scope of the project. My most basic package starts at $375 and a one-night stay. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to send over my full pricing guide!
Weekends are pretty busy for us. Are you available for weeknight stays?
Absolutely! I completely understand things can get booked and busy, especially on weekends. I'm more than happy to schedule my stay over a week day!
What types of businesses do you work with?
All kinds! I'm happy to work with Airbnb and vacation rental hosts, boutique hotels, resorts, bed & breakfasts, tourism boards, state and national parks, and even small local businesses like coffee shops or restaurants!
Do you make video content too?
Yes! Not only do I deliver finalized Reels and Tiktoks, but I also give you the b-roll video clips I use to create them! Short form videos are great for getting new eyes on your rental. I love using them to highlight your unique space, amenities, and overall experience! You can find examples of these on my Instagram and Tiktok.
I have a lot of ideas about the photos I want. How do I share them with you?
I love when clients come with ideas! Once we book your shoot, I’ll send over a quick pre-shoot questionnaire to help you share any thoughts, must-have shots, or specific details you want me to know.
My process is always collaborative, but I’ll also guide you with my creative expertise to ensure the gallery flows beautifully and showcases your space in the best way possible.
Can I use the photos however I want?
Yup! You’ll have full commercial rights to use the photos for your business marketing, website, social media, and advertising (excluding resale of the images).
We're located near some pretty popular tourist areas and would love pictures of those as well. Can you do that too?
100%! In fact, I have a package titled "Stay + Surroundings" just for this purpose! Not only do I take pictures of your property, I also include a mini shoot at a local attraction (like a nearby national park or scenic downtown area), so that you can market your property as an all-around destination spot!
